To view these streams, you must be using latest Quicktime
Player. There is encoding specific to this player. It can sometimes
be difficult to determine which player you have and there can be
difficulties in obtaining and installing the proper version.
For troubleshooting, we suggest the following:

Here you can find a lot of useful information, including an installation
checker to make sure you have the quicktime player properly
installed and step by step instructions
to help you determine which version are running. There are also
trouble shooting guides.
- For users in office environments, you may be restricted in
your ability to install programs like QuickTime. If you experience
trouble viewing the Mosaic streams, please consult with your IT
person. They may have to authorize the QuickTime installation.
