A compelling thriller about the fall of Srebrenica, Bosnia in 1995. The film centers on three people who experienced the fall of Srebrenica from different perspectives. At a deeper level, the film is an exploration of selective memory as heart-wrenching dilemmas are seen from three different perspectives, all of which take place on the very day that Srebrenica falls.

From July 12 to 16, 1995, Serb forces killed nearly 8,000 Muslim men, women and children who had taken refuge in a U.N.-established, Dutch-enforced safety zone in Srebrenica. The Dutch peacekeeping forces allowed the massacre to occur.

The Enclave shows how the past goes on controlling the lives of the leading characters. This feature film was condensed from the original 3-part series which originally aired on Netherlands Public Television.
