Students from Davidson College, North Carolina and Baghdad University engage in dialogue about the relationship between their nations. Recorded on Thursday, May 8, 2003, the one-hour conversation is a post-war follow-up to a similar event held on March 12, just days before hostilities. The program begins in Iraq with Baghdad students discussing their views of the war and whether or not they see the U.S. military presence as a temporary, stabilizing force or an occupation. The exchange is the first post-war televised event linking Iraqis and Americans. The program is moderated by Jaber Obeid in Iraq and Dr. James Zogby in the U.S. Produced by Abu Dhabi TV
