The premiere of TAKING IT PERSONALLY, a new television series hosted by lifelong activist and Body Shop founder Anita Roddick. 

The first episode, �The Joy of Dissent,� features some of the nation�s leading activists - Medea Benjamin of CodePink, John Sellers of the Ruckus Society and Kevin Danaher of Global Exchange and will explore the collective power of the human spirit in protest -- using music, creativity and humor.

TAKING IT PERSONALLY will explore the political, social and cultural issues behind the headlines.  The series will show how ordinary individuals can make a difference in the world by �taking global issues personally� whether by taking to the streets in protest, or simply, by making socially-conscious consumer choices.   Future show topics will include media distortion, human-rights a buses, corporate greed, and more.
