Artist: Fernanda Porto Song: "Sambasim" Country: Brazil Official Website
Here's the song that propelled Fernanda Porto into the ranks of Brazil's chartbusters. The big hit was a drum n bass mix by dj Patif. Our video track however, is from Porto's self-titled debut CD, in which her playing and arrangement skills were showcased equally with her singing. Here, the arrangement has been changed in favor of a gentler jazz-bossa sound that percolates pleasantly under the catchy tune.
